At Naj Oleari Beauty, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return unused products within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, all returned beauty items must be in their original packaging with the security seal intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account portal or contact our customer care team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) label.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your unused items in their original Naj Oleari designer packaging to ensure they are protected from damage during transit.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 business days of receiving your label.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
